Mr. Ayuf Akula

President, Infinity Foundation

It fills me with immense pride and hope to introduce Yuva Niti – A Policy Dialogue, one of the most purposeful initiatives under the banner of Infinity Foundation. This program was envisioned with a simple yet profound goal — to empower young minds to participate in the conversation of governance, policy, and nation-building.

In today's fast-evolving world, where policies shape the destiny of communities, it is vital that our youth are not just spectators but active contributors to the process. Yuva Niti is that bridge — connecting classrooms to cabinets, discussions to decisions, and ideas to impact. It is a platform where young people learn to understand systems, question structures, and reimagine solutions for a stronger India.

When I interact with students across various colleges, I see an energy that is both inspiring and transformative. They are aware, intelligent, and eager to take responsibility for the change they wish to see. Through Yuva Niti, we channel that energy into structured dialogues and meaningful learning experiences — allowing them to engage directly with experts, policymakers, and practitioners who are shaping the policies of today.

Each Yuva Niti session is a microcosm of possibility. The discussions that take place are not just academic — they are deeply rooted in empathy, curiosity, and social responsibility. Students debate, deliberate, and design ideas that reflect the realities of their generation — from climate action and education reform to technology, inclusion, and sustainable development.

We have also envisioned Yuva Niti Committees and U1ET Clubs within colleges, ensuring that this initiative continues beyond one event. These clubs will serve as youth think tanks — nurturing leadership, research, and civic action on a continuous basis. Furthermore, with the introduction of the Yuva Sansad (Youth Parliament) and Yuva Niti Fellowship, we aim to give students direct exposure to the process of governance, legislative thinking, and public administration.

At Infinity Foundation, we have always believed that the nation's progress lies in the strength of its youth. Our commitment has been to guide, mentor, and empower them — not just to follow the path laid out before them, but to build new paths of their own. Yuva Niti is a reflection of that belief — that every young person deserves a platform to be heard, to be trained, and to lead.

To every student who participates in Yuva Niti — remember, your voice matters. Every idea you share, every policy you critique, and every vision you propose contributes to the larger story of India's growth. This dialogue is not the end; it is the beginning of a movement towards youth-driven governance and participatory democracy.

As President of Infinity Foundation, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the principals, professors, and panelists who have supported this initiative, and to the hundreds of students whose enthusiasm has given it life. Together, we are shaping a culture of informed citizenship and purposeful leadership.

Let Yuva Niti continue to evolve as a living dialogue — where ideas meet action, and where every young voice becomes a catalyst for a stronger, more sustainable, and inclusive India.
